Plaintiff, Sebastian J. Kezerle, sues for damages for personal injuries which he sustained when a derrick on which he was working fell. He was employed by Smackover Drilling Company, Inc., at that time, and he has received workmen's compensation benefits from his employer's insurer since the date of the accident.
