GRIMES, J.

The defendant's contentions are that the Trial Court erred in not suppressing certain evidence obtained from a search of his person, in not granting a continuance during the course of the trial so defendant could change counsel, and in admitting and excluding evidence. We uphold the Trial Court and confirm the conviction.
