This is an appeal from a final order of injunction restraining the defendant, The Village of Alsip, and officers thereof, from interfering with the plaintiff's sale of its product known as "Jet" Near Beer, and with the subsequent sale of said product to the ultimate consumer regardless of the age of said purchaser.
