This is an appeal from the judgment of the trial court sustaining a motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff, Edward M. Kinchen, filed this action in which Traders & General Insurance Company (Traders & General) and Louisiana & Arkansas Railway Company (L & A) were made defendants, together with others.
