This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Cook County against the garnishee-appellant in the sum of $3,950 and costs. The original action was brought by Mary Vassel and Jatha Vassel against defendant, Calvin L. Underwood, for personal injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
