Bankrupt William J. Doyle filed a Petition in Bankruptcy on April 27, 1965. On or about July 20, 1965, the petitioners herein, Carmine Solimine, the Trustee in Bankruptcy, and Agency Tile Supply Westchester Corporation, the largest creditor of the bankrupt, filed joint specifications objecting to any discharge of the bankrupt. Hearings upon such objections were held before the Honorable Arthur J. Doran, the Referee in Bankruptcy...
