Petitioner Kenneth E. Dotson was convicted in 1958 for the crime of forgery and thereupon was sentenced to an indeterminate term of not less than two nor more than ten years. Subsequently, Petitioner, in 1961, was convicted by a jury for the crime of grand larceny and thereafter was sentenced to a second indeterminate term of not less than one nor more than ten years to be served consecutively.
