This appeal arises out of an automobile accident which occurred on November 5, 1965, at approximately 1:10 P.M. on U. S. Highway 190 near Denham Springs, Louisiana. Involved in the accident was a 1954 Buick automobile driven by the plaintiff, Jessie J. Trahan, and a 1962 Pontiac automobile being driven by the defendant, Tomey Perkins.
