In our decision of February 13, 1964 after considering both the record before the court and the recommendation of the local Administrative Committee and the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Arizona we disbarred F. Patrick Lanahan for failure to comply with the standards of ethics commanded of those granted the privilege to practice law in this state. The acts and omissions which required that we take such action were occasioned by Mr. Lanahan's addiction...
