OPINION

KELLEHER, Justice.

This is an original petition brought by an employee against his employer to obtain compensation benefits under the workmen's compensation act. After a hearing before the superior court a decree was entered denying and dismissing the petition. It is before us on the petitioner's appeal from that decree.
