OPINION

PER CURIAM.

This petition for an absolute divorce brought on the ground that the parties have lived separate and apart for the space of at least ten years, G.L. 1956, § 15-5-3, was heard by a justice of the family court. Thereafter a decision was entered granting the petition, and the respondent is prosecuting her bill of exceptions therefrom to this court.
