PER CURIAM:

This is an application for leave to appeal from a denial of post conviction relief sought by the applicant in his second petition filed in pursuance of the provisions of the Uniform Post Conviction Procedure Act.

On May 6, 1960 applicant was found guilty of robbery with a deadly weapon and sentenced to twenty years in the Maryland Penitentiary. The conviction was affirmed as to applicant and his co-defendant. See Davis v. State, ...
