The appeal to this Court is from a judgment of the Circuit Court of the First Judicial District of Hinds County, Mississippi, affirming the judgment of the Hinds County Court for $2,050 in favor of W.V. Murphy and against W.H. Taylor. This cause was tried originally in the county court and the judgment is based on a jury verdict for $2,050 against W.H. Taylor.
