MOORE, Justice.
Defendant, Carl A. Olson, was indicted by the Linn County grand jury for the crime of lascivious acts with a child in violation of Code section 725.2, to which he entered a plea of not guilty. He gave notice and asserted an alibi. On trial the jury found him guilty as charged.
