This suit is brought against the defendant to recover the sum of $4,897.26 based upon the following claim; the Defendant, Edna Pursley, and her mother, Cloie Curlis, the daughter being by a prior marriage, and the plaintiff being the husband of the said Cloie Curlis at the time of her death.

The claim is that he expended money in the payment of real estate taxes; making additions to the building, including the construction of a garage; re-roofing...
