The parties to this cause were divorced in 1963. In 1966, the wife filed a petition for post decree relief. Of the three counts in her petition, only the third one is involved in this appeal. Count III sought a declaration from the court that certain provisions of the property settlement agreement incorporated as a part of the divorce decree are null and void.
