Plaintiffs instituted this fraud action to recover $25,000 from the defendants who were engaged in the real estate brokerage and loan business in the City of Fresno. According to the plaintiffs they paid the money to the defendants for a real estate commission as the result of defendants' false representation in connection with the sale of plaintiffs' motel in Fairfield, the Solano Lodge.
