McWILLIAMS, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

Disappointed by the paucity of the verdict below, appellant (Leupen) wants us to give him another go at it. He buoys his appeal by a claim that the "Allen charge," as given by the trial judge, is reversible error. Since we cannot agree, his appeal must founder.
