MOBLEY, Justice.

Richard Kennemore was indicted, tried, and convicted of the murder of Donald Marlowe with recommendation of mercy and sentenced to life imprisonment. He appealed therefrom and enumerates eight errors.

1. The first seven errors alleged are that the evidence was insufficient to support the verdict, and that the trial court erred in not directing a verdict of acquittal and in denying the defendant's motion for judgment of acquittal notwithstanding...
