The present appeal is from a judgment determining title to certain real estate consisting of an apartment house in Wichita, Kansas.

The plaintiff, Bernice E. Martin, filed a petition claiming full title to the real estate, alleging the defendants Charles S. Martin and Elaine Martin, his wife, claimed some estate in the property, the nature of which was unknown but inferior and subject to the title...
