The defendants, Dominic P. Senzarino and Clyde C. Perod, were found guilty by a jury of two offenses committed August 21, 1966: 1) attempting to force entrance into a safe, and 2) daytime breaking and entering. They were indicted jointly with one Frank Albert Scungio and one Peter A. Costello, Jr., who were granted several trials.
