This is an appeal by appellant Rudolph Tillman from an order entered by the Sarasota County Circuit Court denying his petition for relief filed under Criminal Procedure Rule No. 1, F.S.A. ch. 924 Appendix.

An information was filed against Tillman in said Court on May 4, 1961, charging him with the offense of Crime against Nature. On the following day, May 5, 1961, he was arraigned upon said charge and entered a guilty plea. On August 11, 1961...
