Appellant, Melissa Thomas, widow-claimant, has appealed from a judgment for the defendants notwithstanding the verdict in the Court of Common Pleas upon motion of the defendants, appellees herein, after a verdict in favor of claimant.

Claimant had regularly appealed to the Court of Common Pleas from unfavorable administrative decisions.
