JOSLIN, Judge.
This is an appeal from an order overruling a motion for new trial in which a verdict and judgment were rendered for the defendant in an action for damages for injuries alleged to have been sustained in a collision that occurred between two vehicles at an intersection.
There are fifteen enumerations of error but many are repetitious and will be considered together.
The 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th and 7th assignments of error raise the question...
