Bell, indicted individually by indictments numbered respectively, C-1448 and C-1449, for robbery in the second degree, grand larceny in the third degree, and assault in the third degree, have moved through their attorney, H. Bradley Smith, for an order directing the District Attorney to furnish or to permit him to make copies of:

"1. Any hospital records or physicians' reports...
