This is an appeal on questions of law by the plaintiffs from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Hamilton County, which court, upon motion of the defendants, at the conclusion of all the evidence in an action for damages growing out of personal injuries, for judgment in their favor, granted the motion, withdrew the case from consideration of the jury, and entered judgment for the defendants.
