This is an appeal by the defendants, who own and operate a commercial dog kennel on residential premises in the town of Washington, from a judgment of the Superior Court enjoining them from operating the kennel, awarding the neighboring plaintiffs damages, and granting a mandatory injunction ordering that certain kennel facilities which were constructed in 1962 be removed.
