This is a suit by petitioner, Louisiana Power & Light Company against Nathan H. Dekle, defendant, for the expropriation of a servitude to construct, maintain and operate an electric transmission line or lines across a tract of land belonging to defendant and situated in the Parish of Iberville, State of Louisiana. The Lower Court granted a judgment in favor of the petitioner and against the defendant and awarded defendant $10,822.50 as damages...
