This case was consolidated for trial in the District Court, separate judgments to be rendered and likewise consolidated for argument and submission in this Court, with separate decisions to be rendered.

For the reasons this day handed down in the companion case of Louisiana Power and Light Company v. Ristroph, 200 So.2d 14, No. 7038, the judgment of the Lower Court is affirmed.
