Defendant was found guilty of robbery and sentenced to a term of twenty (20) years in the State Prison. When defendant was arrested he was questioned by Chief Spooner, Chief of Police in Plant City. The defendant was told that he did not have to make a statement if he did not want to do so, but if he did make a statement, it could be used against him in court.
