Pickett, was operating her automobile in a westerly direction over and upon Pollack Avenue in the city of Evansville, when she collided with a tractor, towing a plow which was also being operated in a westerly direction by the appellee, Glenn Ray Heldt. Appellant alleges in her complaint that the collision resulted from the failure of the appellee to have two red lights mounted on the rear...
