The defendant, Alvin Chandler, and Moczarney Martin were charged in an indictment with the crime of unlawful sale of narcotics. The jury was waived; there was a joint trial before the court, and both defendants were found guilty. Martin took a separate appeal, and the judgment of the trial court was affirmed in People v. Martin, 63 Ill.App...
