Following his trial and conviction for robbery the appellant prosecuted an appeal to this court, and we affirmed. See Sharretts v. State, Fla.App. 1966, 186 So.2d 41. Subsequently he filed a motion for relief under Criminal Procedure Rule 1. His present appeal is from an order of the trial court summarily denying the motion.
