The State Corporation Commission issued a rule against Oscar William Fox, Jr., herein referred to as Fox or defendant, requiring him to show cause why seven registration cards and seven identification markers, for his trucks operated in Virginia, issued to him by the Commission pursuant to § 56-304.1 of the Code, 1966 Cum.Supp.,1 should not be surrendered for cancellation...
