This is an action in mandamus appealed to this court by the respondents from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Medina County restoring the relator, John F. Mrozik, to the office of Chief of Police of the city of Brunswick, from which position he had been removed by the Mayor of that city.

The facts apparent in the record are:
