Error is enumerated on the court's allowance, over objection that it was hearsay and a self-serving declaration, of testimony by Linda Herringdine's father that she told him that same afternoon that she was on her right-hand side of the road at the time of the collision. The following day she gave a statement to an insurance adjuster in which she stated that she did not see the plaintiff prior to the impact but...
