STATE v. GARRISON

No. 272-F.

157 S.E.2d 3 (1967)

271 N.C. 599

STATE of North Carolina v. Nathaniel GARRISON.

Supreme Court of North Carolina.

October 11, 1967.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

John R. Ingle, Charlotte, for defendant appellant.

T. W. Bruton, Atty. Gen., and Ralph Moody, Deputy Atty. Gen., for the State.

PER CURIAM:

This is a case in which the jury, upon competent and impressive evidence, found the defendant guilty. It rejected the defendant's alibi, and accepted the evidence of the State that the defendant beat an old man and robbed him.

The defendant assigns several alleged errors, but upon careful examination, we find them without substantial merit.
