Porter C. Taylor died on or about October 29, 1948, a resident of Tucson, Arizona. He left a will, which was duly admitted to probate in the Superior Court in Pima County, which left all of his property to "ALFRED H. TAYLOR, of Glencoe, Illinois (emphasis added), IN TRUST, HOWEVER, for the purposes and upon the terms and conditions * * *" set forth in the will.
