Petitioner, a resident of Fairbanks, filed a complaint for divorce in the Superior Court for the Fourth Judicial District at Fairbanks, on August 15, 1966. Petitioner alleges that pursuant to an agreement with his wife, respondent herein, that she would accept service and waive a summons, he mailed a copy of the as yet unfiled complaint to her on August 10, 1966.
