This appeal is from a decision of the Patent Office Board of Appeals,1 adhered to on reconsideration, affirming the examiner's rejection of claims 3 and 4 in application serial No. 95,678, filed March 14, 1961, entitled "Production of Acetylene by Thermal Cracking of Hydrocarbons." No claim has been allowed.
