The commissioner has done so in a report and opinion filed on November 28, 1966. Plaintiff excepted to the commissioner's report and opinion only as to a single question of law pertaining to the Agusta 47-J and Nippon 47-D-1 agreements and the defendant excepted only as to the Houde agreement...
