PER CURIAM:

This case was referred to Trial Commissioner Lloyd Fletcher with directions to make findings of fact and recommendation for conclusions of law. The commissioner has done so in an opinion and report filed on September 21, 1967. On November 1, 1967, plaintiff filed a motion for adoption of the commissioner's report and the entry of judgment for plaintiff in accordance therewith. Defendant has filed no exceptions to the commissioner's findings...
