The Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority of Kansas City, Missouri, condemned the Royal Building in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. The date of taking was October 15, 1964. An award of $285,000 was entered for the entire building. Respondents are owners of the fee. Appellant Dunn claims a leasehold interest in the amount of $60,000.
