PER CURIAM.

Appellant was convicted of violations of the Federal Wagering Laws, 26 U.S.C. Sections 7201 and 7203.

We find no error under the trial circumstances in the Court's denial of appellant's requests for certain material, purportedly under the authority of the Jencks Act, 18 U.S.C. Section 3500, in one instance for the Court's inspection and in a second instance to be furnished...
