Appellant, an Alabama attorney, was convicted on three counts of wilfully understanding his total receipts, less allowances, rebates and returns from the practice of law on Schedule C of each of his personal income tax returns for the years 1959, 1960 and 1961, in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7206(1).
