On February 23, 1954, plaintiff in error, Mae Harrison, was appointed the guardian of the person and estate of Ada Belle Durnell, an incompetent person who died in November, 1961. In June, 1963, the county court approved the Final Account and Supplemental Final Account of the guardian. On appeal to the district court, the guardian was surcharged the sum of $24,816.06 and this appeal was perfected from the order...
