Appellants filed complaint in the District Court against the Attorney General1 as successor to the Alien Property Custodian. They allege they are nonenemy shareholders of Helm Bros. Ltd., a corporation of the United Kingdom, Hong Kong. Certain of its assets were vested December 8, 1950, by appellee's predecessor as assets of an enemy as that term is defined in the Trading with the Enemy Act, 50 U.S.C. App. § 2...
