HILL, Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the crime of driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated, prohibited by KRS 189.520 and penalized by KRS 189.990, in which punishment was fixed by the jury at a fine of $150.

Appellant complains that her constitutional rights were violated by the claimed refusal of the arresting officer to provide a "sobriety test" for her; by her imprisonment in the county jail for two hours before she was permitted...
