SHARPE, Justice.

This appeal is from a judgment in a condemnation case wherein the State of Texas as condemnor acquired title to two lots and the improvements thereon in the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, for use in connection with Interstate Highway 37. The jury found that the reasonable market value of the property condemned was $48,000.00. The final judgment entered in the case nunc pro tunc recited that the commissioners had theretofore awarded...
