Hames and wife filed this suit under Section 5a of Article 8307* to enforce an award of the Industrial Accident Board of Texas ordering the appellant to pay accrued compensation benefits in the sum of $420 and "medical, hospital and doctor bills incurred as a result of the occupational disease sustained on or about 4-1-64, 4-20-64, and 5-2-64."
